Re: Lease Offer last night [bajaspeed]
Hi bajaspeed. It's not quite before the first, but here's the latest info if you're interested. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 Murano SL FWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00154 and 51%, respectively. The money factor for a 12k lease is the same, but the residual value is 1% higher. ... Read More...
Nissan Murano Prices Paid and Buying Experience
2009 Murano LE
I finally dropped the hammer on my purchase of a 2009 Murano LE, deep sapphire with beige leather interior and sunroof. Bought it at Nissan in Chantilly, Virginia. They treated me well and I think I got a good deal. I went there on New Years Eve, the dealership was dead. I ended up getting the car for about $2,800 under invoice, paying $32,800, and after all the taxes, ... Read More...
Re: 09 SL SWD [AKteacher]
AK Teacher, that does seem high, but you don't say what trim level, drive type or options you are looking at. Edmunds pricing info on Nissans is pretty accurate, so you should be able to calculate the invoice (and MSRP) prices pretty accurately here: http://www.edmunds.com/nissan/murano/2009/index.html#search=open.eq..amp.p.eq.cv- ehicledata%23%23-1%23%23-1~~nf12||4e697373616e ... Re: After Market iPod Kit for 2009 Murano LS? [keycrusader]
While I never trust anything any dealer sales personnel (or finance, or service writers, or....) the parts guy may be right. That price of $400 is almost exactly what Nissan charges for the "Dealer Installed" iPod integration kit for the GTR. I would not be surprised if it is the same parts. There might even be a existing connector in SLs where the IPOD Adapter box ... Read More...
Re: After Market iPod Kit for 2009 Murano LS? [jayhawk70]
I finally leased my Murano SL last Friday night. Loving it! The parts guy at the Nissan dealership said that I could add the same iPod functionality to the Nav unit as in the LE for $400. He said they had done it a couple of times... I'm going to go back in during the next couple of weeks for a warranty repairs (sunroof shade is wonky), so I'll attempt to find out more about ... Re: After Market iPod Kit for 2009 Murano LS? [jayrider]
That motorweek product does not do what keycrusader and other are looking for. It was just a remote control for an ipod connected to the RCA Aux jacks. But we want iPod integration that uses the Murano's display and steering wheel controls, voice command system, etc. Just like the factory ipod integration feature on Murano LEs and many other Nissan and Infiniti ... Internal air without turning on A/C?
Re: 2009 Murano - Internal air without turning on A/C? [jayrider]
As you can imagine, I DO NOT WANT the A/C to engage since that takes up more gas just to close off the outside air from coming in. Every OTHER car I've had has a way to shut off the outside air in a way that didn't engage the air conditioner. I did a little digging and found this message thread on another Murano forum which better details the reason WHY the A/C comes on when ... Read More...
Nissan Murano Maintenance and Repair
Re: Cracked front windshield [gokaden]
Yes! We just bought a new 2009 Nissan Murano. On a road trip on the highway with no one else on the road the windshield cracked horizontally about 14 inches. When we took it in we were told there was evidence of impact. We had the windshield repaired. Parked the car and left town for a week. Just came back and we have a crack (no impact visible) vertically! These windshields ... Read More...
Un-sure?
I have a 2007 Infiniti M 35 X that my wife drives. The lease is up in a few days. She loved it. I can't wait to get rid of the big payment and the 15-16 miles per gallon. She really liked the new Maxima but there are no lease deals out there. Too new! So, she now likes the 2009 Nissan Murano SL AWD, loaded, with Nav. Sticker is about $38,000. I haven't received one incentive ... Read More...
Nissan Murano Prices Paid and Buying Experience
Re: 2009 Murano SL AWD Price Paid [tonynyc]
Great price, but I don't understand how a dealer can sell a car for $1845 under invoice price. The invoice price for your $32045 MSRP is $29,495 according to edmunds. I thought the holdback for Nissan cars was 2% of msrp, that would be $640? comments anyone? I too am waiting for another mfg incentive from Nissan. Read More...
